Greetings and blessings,

I duly received your request for a blessing to be cured of the eye illness from which you suffer, and for your wife.

When I go to the tziyun* of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, I will mention both your names, that you should have a refuah sheleima*. I hope that you will be able to announce good news to me in this matter.

Every Jew must forge vessels to receive the divine blessings. If you have not done so until now, you will begin to read the Tehillim* according to its monthly division, so that you read all of them during the month.

You will also study, each day, a parshah* of Chumash*, in order to learn the entire sidra* during the week. You will also take part in the public shiurim* given in the shul*, which interest you.

Your wife will give tzedakah* to the pushka* of Rabbi Meir Baal HaNess before lighting the candles, on the eve of Shabbos and Yom Tov.

כל יהודי צריך לעשות כלים לקבל ברכות הקב"ה, ובכן באם לא עשה זאת עד עתה, הנה יתחיל מעתה לאמר תהלים בכל יום שיעור תהלים כפי שנחלק לימי החדש באופן שיגמור התהלים כולו במשך החדש, וגם ללמוד בכל יום פרשה חומש ובמשך השבוע לגמור הסדרה, וגם ליטול חלק בשיעורים ברבים בבית הכנסת, באלו השיעורים אשר יש לו המשכה אליהם, וזוגתו תחי' תתן לצדקה לקופת רבי מאיר בעל הנס - רמבעה"ן - קודם הדלקת נרות בכל ערב ש"ק וערב יום טוב.

אקוה לשמוע בשורות טובות מהם, ומצו"פ השיחה לל"ג בעומר שנדפסה לא כבר, וילמדה ויתעמק בה.
