According to the instructions that I received[1], I am sending you herewith a check for four hundred sixty dollars, regarding "what was discussed at Ferthtalsdorf"[2].

As I requested in my telegram, you will kindly, upon its receipt, notify me here by telegram.

You will also kindly forward the enclosed letter to the Rashal. I thank you in advance.

I would be happy to learn of your positive achievements and, in particular, the results of the convention[3].

I conclude by wishing you all the best and awaiting your confirmation,
