10 Shevat 5712[1],
On this 10 Shevat, day of the hilula*[2] that has just passed, the merit of the one whose hilula we celebrate reveals itself in all its strength.
He is the tzaddik* of great elevation, who assures the sustenance of the earth[3], brings yeshuah*, brachah*, and success to all those who devote themselves to his institutions.
You will surely organize a chassidishe* farbrengen* in order to encourage the largest number to the practice of Torah and mitzvos*, to strengthen his institutions and his decisions, to bind oneself to the etz chayim*[4], and to be blessed in all his needs, material and spiritual.

(1) The Rebbe noted on the text of this telegram: "to be transmitted to all our institutions in Eretz HaKodesh." A similar text was sent to the other places.

ביום ההילולא דאזלינן מיני' עשירי בשבט, גדול ביותר זכות בעל ההילולא, צדיק עליון המשביר בר לכל הארץ, להמשיך ישועות ברכות והצלחות על כל המתעסקים במוסדותיו, בטח יתועדו לעורר רבים לתורה ומצות, לחזק - מוסדותיו ותקנותיו להתקשר באילנא דחיי ולהתברך בכל המצטרך בגשם וברוח.
