I have indeed received your letter of 21 Iyar. You will find replies to some of your questions in my previous letters. I now await detailed correspondence, reporting on your discussion with Mr. ... whom you were to meet today, according to what you wrote me.

I noted with pleasure, from your letter, the results of the appeal launched for the founding of the network. נהניתי לקרות במכתבם מהתוצאות שהיו בענין המגבית להוצאות יסוד הרשת, אשר סו"ס ראו במוחש גם הם אשר לב ישראל ער הוא לענינים של תורה ומצוה ובפרט ענינים הקשורים באילנא דחייא פנימיות התורה תורת החסידות דרכי החסידות ומנהגי החסידות, אבל כבר כתבתי שבתחלת הדבר כדאי הוא לסדר באופן שלא יהיו הוצאות גדולות, והוא מכמה טעמים וכפי השערתי הנה בהתחלת העבודה יש אפשרות לסדר זה באופן שלא יהי' עי"ז גרעון בהעבודה גופא.
