Greetings and blessings,

I reply to your letter, in which you ask me whether you must still consult doctors or rely on Hashem.

It is quite clear that you must strengthen your trust in Hashem, Who "heals all flesh and works wonders." But one must also forge a receptacle by taking the paths of nature and rely on the prescriptions of the doctors.

Hashem will fulfill the wish of your heart, for the good, and you will obtain, with your wife, a healthy child.

הנה פשוט הדבר אשר צריכים להיות חזקים בבטחונם בהשי"ת הרופא כל בשר ומפליא לעשות, ויחד עם זה הנה לעשות כלי גם בטבע ולמלא אחרי הוראות הרופא והשי"ת ימלא משאלות לבבם לטובה ולהתברך הוא וזוגתו שיחיו בזרעא חייא וקיימא.
