Greetings and blessings,
You no doubt know the account of our Sages[1] according to which all the children of Israel were in good health when the Torah was given. And the writings of the Arizal*, cited by the Lev David of the Chida*, commenting on the verse[2] "these days are remembered and reenacted," affirm that an event, when it is commemorated as is fitting, takes place anew.
One can therefore relive all that took place during these days. I wish you that in these days of limitation[3] and of preparation for the giving of the Torah, you may succeed in these preparations. Thus, without any doubt, you will be in good health and you will receive the Torah with joy and depth, according to the text of the blessing that my father-in-law, the Rebbe, used to give.

... בודאי ידוע לו מספור רז"ל אשר לזמן מתן תורה הנה כל ישראל נעשו בריאים ושלמים, ומובא בשם כתבי האריז"ל (הוא בספר לב דוד להחיד"א), עה"פ והימים האלה נזכרים ונעשים שכשהענינים נזכרים כדבעי הרי הם נעשים, היינו שממשיכים כל הענינים וההשפעות דימים האלו, ואיחולי בזה לכת"ר שי' אשר בימי הגבלה והכנה למ"ת הנה יצליח דבר ההכנה כדבעי ובודאי יומשך לו עי"ז שיהי' בריא ושלם ולקבלת התורה - בנוסח ברכת כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר - בשמחה ובפנימיות.
