By the grace of Hashem,

To the distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem,

Rav Menachem Mendel[1],

Greetings and blessings,

I have just received your letter, by which you inform me that you have had a son, at a good moment, and that he bears the name of my father[2], for long days and good years.

I express to you, by the present, my blessing that you and your wife may educate him to the Torah, to the chuppah*, and to good deeds, in plenty, with tranquility of spirit and body.

When I find myself near the tziyun* of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, I will mention your name, that of your wife, and that of the newborn, so that you may have good health and know material and spiritual good.

In giving your son the name of my father, you have given me a particular pleasure. May Hashem therefore grant that you experience satisfaction and pleasure from all the members of your family and from yourself, from your moral and physical situation, and that you always announce only good and goodness.

זה עתה נתקבל מכתבו, בו מודיע אשר נולד לו בן למזל טוב ונקרא שמו בישראל ע"ש אאמו"ר ז"ל, לאורך ימים ושנים טובות.

והנני בזה להביע ברכתי, אשר הוא וזוגתו שיחיו יגדלוהו לתורה לחופה ולמעשים טובים מתוך הרחבה ומנוחת הנפש ומנוחת הגוף.

כשאהי' על הציון של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, אזכירו ואת זוגתו ואת הרך הנמול שיחיו לבריאות הנכונה ולטוב גשמי ורוחני, ויהי רצון מהשי"ת, אשר כשם שגרם לי קורת רוח ביותר במה שקרא שם בנו בשם אאמו"ר ז"ל, הרי יזכהו השי"ת להיות בקורת רוח ונחת רוח מכל בני ביתו וגם מעצמו שיחיו, הן ממצבם בגשמיות והן ממצבם ברוחניות, ויזכה לבשר תמיד אך טוב וחסד.
