Greetings and blessings,
Your letter seems to indicate that there is now a possibility of bringing your brother back to Jewish practice in a general manner. But this does not exempt you from making use of your influence to draw him also closer to Chassidus*, to its ways and to its practices.
It should not seem strange to you to want to transmit Chassidus* to someone who does not yet fully possess Jewish values. You know the letter of the Rebbe Rashab, printed on page 22 of Kuntres U'Maayan, according to which, in the present era, no one can know in what manner the transformation of the world is to be accomplished. One must therefore direct one's effort in all areas at once.
In a general manner, our Sages compare this world to the meal of a wedding, and they say concerning this: "Grab what you can and eat it; grab what you can and drink it."
