Greetings and blessings,

I respond to your letter, in which you ask me for a blessing for you and your wife to have children.

I was frightened to read in your letter the following phrase, which goes against our holy Torah: "Our hearts are filled with despair."

You do not say whether you have consulted specialist doctors. I advise you to do so, as well as your wife, and to conform to their prescriptions. You will strengthen your bitachon* in Hashem and your determination. For He "heals all flesh and works wonders." Nothing is impossible for Him, and He can therefore grant you children.

It is necessary immediately to forge keilim* to reveal and integrate the blessings of Hashem. For this, you will set a fixed time to learn the revealed part of Torah and Chassidus*, in addition to the three studies that concern each one, instituted by my father-in-law, the Rebbe — that is, the recitation of Tehillim according to their monthly division every day after Shacharis*, a passage of the Chumash*, the Sidra of the week, with the commentary of Rashi, also each day, and the study of Tanya, according to its annual division.

As you asked of me, I mentioned your name and that of your wife when I was at the gravesite of my father-in-law, the Rebbe. I await good news from you.

שלום וברכה!

במענה על מכתבו, בו פ"נ בעדו ובעד זוגתו שיחיו להפקד בזחו"ק.

הנה נזדעזעתי לקרות במכתבו מ"ש היאוש מכרסם בלבנו וכו', אותיות שהן היפך תורתנו הקדושה,

אינו מזכיר במכתבו אם היו אצל רופאים במקצוע זה, והצעתי שהוא וגם זוגתו שיחיו יבקרו רופאים הנ"ל וכהוראתם יעשו ויתחזק בבטחונו ובתוקף בהשי"ת שהוא הרופא כל בשר ומפליא לעשות וממנו לא יפלא כל דבר, במילא יש להם להתבונן בזחו"ק,

ותיכף צריך להתחיל לעשות כלים להמשכת וקבלת ברכות השי"ת, והם קביעות שיעורי לימוד בתורת הנגלה ובתורת החסידות, נוסף על שלשת השיעורים השוים לכל נפש מתקנת כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע והם: אמירת שיעור תהלים (כפי שנחלק לימי החדש) בכל יום אחר תפלת שחרית, לימוד פרשה חומש עם פירוש רש"י הסדרה של השבוע, בכל יום, ושיעור תניא כפי שנחלק לימות השנה.

כבקשתו, הזכרתי אותו ואת זוגתו שיחיו כשהייתי על הציון של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, ואחכה לבשו"ט מהם.
