To the respected donor, a man of fine qualities, of
many accomplishments in supporting the tents[1],
Mr. Dovid Mimran, president of the Jewish committee of
Marrakesh, Morocco,
Greetings and blessings,
I duly received your letter, sent some time ago, and due to my many occupations I was unable to respond to it earlier.
Your warm words concerning the institutions Oholei Yosef Yitzchok Lubavitch comforted me. I hope that you and the members of the committee are among those who speak little and act much. Your support and aid for these holy institutions will therefore go on increasing, becoming ever greater, like everything that lives and grows. And our Sages say that maalin bakodesh*—one ascends in matters of holiness.
The festival of liberation of 12 and 13 Tammuz, that of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, the leader of our generation, whose name our institutions bear, has a general bearing and marks the victory of Torah and Yiddishkeit*. On this occasion I enclose a pamphlet of 12-13 Tammuz 5712 which we have just published[2]. It contains teachings of our master, and you will surely make it available to those around you.

בנועם קבלתי אגרתו זה מזמן, ומשום רבוי הטרדות לא יכולתי לענות מקודם.
דבריו היוצאים מהלב למען המוסדות הק' אהלי יוסף יצחק ליובאוויטש, היו לי לעידוד, והנני מקוה אשר כמ"ע וחברי הועד הם מהאומרים מעט ועושים הרבה, ותמיכתם ועזרתם להמוסדות הק' הנ"ל תלך מחיל אל חיל בתוספות כח ועוז, כמו כל דבר חי שהולך וגדל, וכפסק חז"ל שמעלין בקדש.
ולקראת חג הגאולה דיב-יג תמוז - גאולת כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע נשיא הדור, אשר בשמו דוגלים מוסדותינו הנ"ל, שהיתה גאולה כללית ונצחון התורה והיהדות - מוסג"פ קונטרס יב-יג תמוז, ה'תשי"ב שהוצאנו לאור מתורתו של רבינו, ובטח יזכה בזה גם את סביבתו.
