To the organization of women and young women of Chabad*[1]
in the Holy Land, may it be restored and rebuilt,
may Hashem grant you long life,
Greetings and blessings,
As a follow-up to my collective letter[1] proposing to you a program of action, I suggest that the following organization be adopted:
1. The grouping of the women and young women of Chabad* shall be an integral part of the association of Chassidei Chabad*, while preserving its own autonomy, as is currently the case for the youth of the association of Chassidei Chabad* in the Holy Land[2], may it be restored and rebuilt.
2. The organization of women and young women of Chabad* shall designate a committee that will direct its work.
No doubt you will disseminate my collective letter[1] in the appropriate manner, and you will set yourselves to work as soon as possible.
I thank you for having communicated all this information to me.

בהמשך למכתבי הכללי בענין תכנית עבודתן, הנני בזה להציע הסידור דלקמן:
א. ארגון נשי ובנות חב"ד מהווה חלק מאגודת חסידי חב"ד באוטונומי' מיוחדת משלו, ועל דרך ארגון צעירי אגודת חסידי חב"ד באה"ק ת"ו.
ב. ארגון נשי ובנות חב"ד בוחר הנהלה לנהל עבודת הארגון.
בטח יפרסמו מכתב הכללי הנ"ל באופן המתאים ויגשו לעבודת בהקדם.
ת"ח על הודעתן על דבר כל הנ"ל.
