Greetings and blessings,

I received with pleasure your letter of 5 Elul, in which you tell me that you have already left the hospital, returned home, and that your state of health has considerably improved. May Hashem grant that you go from better to better and that you may announce to me good news also in the spiritual domain.

You write that you have taken the decision to adhere to the Chabad movement, vis-à-vis the inside as the outside. You therefore accept the halachic decision of the Tzemach Tzedek concerning the divine aspect of the face, and, in consequence, you will no longer shave the thirteen tikkunei dikna* constituting the beard, which the Zohar, Kabbalah, and Chassidus* define as the spiritual channel conveying an increased brachah* of Hashem in the satisfaction of all needs.

I congratulate you for this decision. It is said that "one comes to the aid of him who decides to purify himself," and, without doubt, you will receive forces not to be affected before those who mock. It is precisely in this fashion that the four parts of the Shulchan Aruch begin. Indeed, the first paragraph of the first chapter, in the first part, the Orach Chaim, says: "One shall not be ashamed before those who mock."

May Hashem soon improve the manner in which you earn your living. May He permit that the pregnancy of your wife go well and that she give birth in her time and easily.

והמשפחה נוהגים בדרך הטובה ,והשי״ת יעזור לה שיהי׳ לה מהם נחת ,נחת

יהודי.

המנהג הוא שבתפלה-בקשה לה׳ יתברך ,מזכירים את השם שבלשון

הקודש וגם עם שם האם ,והייתי מציע שתשלח לי את כל השמות של כל

הנלוים אלי׳ כפי שהם נקראים בלשון הקודש וגם את שם האם של כל אחד,

אזכיר אותם בעת רצון על הציון של חמי כ״ק אדמו״ר זצוקללה״ה נבג״מ

זי״ע.

לפי מה שכותבת יש לה בית הארחה כשר ,חשוב מאד ,שימצאו אצלה

ספרים שונים ,שעל ידם יוכלו האורחים להיוודע אודות תורה ויראת

שמים ,כמובן שהספרים צריכים להיות בשפה המתאימה לסוג האורחים

המבקרים בבית ההארחה שלה.

גם חשוב לבדוק את המזוזות בביתה אם כולן כשרות ,ולמותר להעיר

אודות המנהג הטוב של בנות ישראל הכשרות ,לתת לצדקה לפני הדלקת

הנרות בכל ערב שבת וערב יום טוב ,ובטח גם בתה נוהגת כן.

בברכה לה ולכל משפחתה לכתיבה וחתימה טובה לשנה טובה ומתוקה.
