To the great Rav, distinguished chassid* who fears Hashem

and devotes himself to communal needs,

Greetings and blessings,

On the occasion of the new year, which approaches in a positive and blessed manner, for us and for all Israel, I address you my blessings, that you be inscribed and sealed for a good and sweet year, materially and spiritually.

You will know success with your students[2] and you will bring them to accede to the path which leads toward the house of Hashem. You will conceive great chassidic* satisfaction from all your children, for long days and good years, in all the meanings of these terms.
