To the first national gathering of the women
and young women of Chabad in the Holy Land[1],
Safriyah[2], Kfar Chabad,
Greetings and blessings,
In response to the invitation card which you addressed to the Rebbe shlita on the occasion of your meeting being held, with the help of Hashem, tomorrow, Tuesday, he addresses you the following telegram of blessing:
"You are gathering during the festival and the Hakhel[3], in order to strengthen your fear of Hashem. Doubtless you will decide on concrete actions which will permit interiorizing 'the shadow of faith'[4] in the four categories which the Jewish people comprises[5], as Chassidus* explains and as our masters demand, whose merit will protect us.
With my blessing of success and for a joyful festival."
You have surely received this telegram in time and you then read it, accompanying it with the necessary explanations. Doubtless you will transmit a detailed account of the consequences of this meeting and of the directing committee which has been elected.

במענה על כרטיס ההזמנה לכינוסן שיתקיים אי"ה מחר ביום ג', שלח כ"ק אדמו"ר שליט"א מברק ברכה וזל"ק:
"בכינוסן בימי מועד והקהל ליראה את השם
בטח תעוררנה לפעולות ממשיות להמשיך
צלא דמהימנותא בפנימיות בכל ארבעת
הסוגים שבישראל כדרישת תורת החסידות
ופקודות נשיאינו זי"ע. בברכת הצלחה וחג
שמח".
בטח נתקבל בעתו ונקרא בהסבר המתאים, ובלי ספק אשר יודיעו בפרטיות מתוצאות הכינוס, בחירת ההנהלה וכו' וכו'.
