Greetings and blessings,

I read with attention your article on the importance of the mitzvos* which one accomplishes concretely. To answer your question, it is, to my sense, judicious to publish it. You will find, on an independent sheet, a few remarks bearing on your article. To facilitate the transcription of them, these have been translated into English by my secretary, Dr. N. Mindel[2].

I thank you in advance for the good news that you will be able to communicate to me about the development of the yeshivah*[3], in particular and, more generally, about what is happening in the four cubits of Lubavitch in your country.

With my blessing of success in your sacred mission,

Here, one has the custom of writing G.d, omitting the o[4]. You will consult, on this subject, the Shulchan Aruch of the Alter Rebbe, part Orach Chaim, end of chapter 35 and the references which are indicated there. This point will not be developed here.
