Greetings and blessings,

I enclose for you a copy of the letter[1] which I addressed to the association of the women and young women of Chabad, here itself and in the Holy Land[2]. It is said that "the emissary acquits himself, no doubt, of the mission which is confided to him." You have therefore doubtless transmitted to your wife what was said here on Sukkos[3].

It would be good to underline to her the importance of all this and to examine together in what manner a concrete effect can result from it in your city.

I have already said that there is no reason to confide responsibilities only to the women and young women issued from families whose belonging to Chabad is clearly established. Quite to the contrary, the more one will open the access to new members, the better it will be, on condition that these newcomers do not impose their opinion in the spiritual domain. In such a case, it will be good for them and for those who frame them.
