By the grace of Hashem,

Greetings and blessings[1],
My father-in-law, the Rebbe, commented, on many occasions, on the affirmation of our Sages according to which Hashem acts "measure for measure"[2]. In consequence, he who dispenses a judicious chinuch* and draws close the hearts of the children of Israel to our Father Who is in heaven will receive a particular reward, a true satisfaction from his own children.
I have good hope that this promise will be accomplished in you and in your husband, the Rav, according to the measure of the Holy One blessed be He, of His full, open, holy, and broad hand.

[2] He acts toward man in the manner in which man acts toward Him.

...שמענו כמה פעמים מכ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע עפ"י מרז"ל שמדתו של הקב"ה מדה כנגד מדה אשר כל העוסק בחינוך הכשר המקרב את לבן של בני ובנות ישראל לאבינו שבשמים, הנה שכרם ביחוד הוא, נחת אמיתי מיוצאי חלציהם הם, ותקותי חזקה אשר בה ובבעלה הרב שיחיו יקוים זה במדתו של הקב"ה מידו המלאה הפתוחה הקדושה והרחבה.
