Greetings and blessings,
You write to me that it will perhaps be possible to build, when the time comes, a mikvah* in your city, by bringing the running water into contact with rainwater.
You must know that one has adopted, in recent years, a more stringent attitude on this matter, including in the United States. I therefore have good hope, when the time comes to build it, that you will be able to make a mikvah* acceptable to all opinions, without having recourse to the leniency to which you allude.
