May Hashem grant that the pregnancy of your wife pass well and be easy, that she give birth, easily, in its time, to a healthy child.
It would be good for you to endeavor, without ostentation, to open the Aron Kodesh* yourself when the Sefer Torah* is read[1]. You will do so until the birth, which will be at a good and fruitful moment.
Your wife, for her part, will make an addition to what she gives to tzedakah*, before kindling the candles[2], as well as on Monday and Thursday mornings[3].

...והשי"ת ימלא ימי הריון זוגתו תחי' כשורה ובקל ותלד זחו"ק בעתה ובזמנה כשורה ובקל.
ומהנכון הי' שבלי בליטות ישתדל בפתיחת הארון בימי הקריאה בס"ת, עד לאחר הלידה בשעה טובה ומוצלחת, וזוגתו תחי' תוסיף על מה שמנדבת לצדקה קודם הדלקת נרות - ג"כ ביום ב' וה' בבקר.
