Following up on our discussion, I am sending you a copy of the memorandum that I sent to the Kremer brothers.

It would no doubt be good for you to meet with Rav Chaim Zalman Kremer and to be able to convince him to give a positive response. It would be preferable for him to subsequently participate in a fraternal meeting, to establish a position in this area.
