Greetings and blessings,
You have informed me that you have moved into a new house. May Hashem grant that, in changing place, you also change mazal*, for good and for blessing, materially and spiritually at once. You and your wife will lead your children to Torah*, to the chuppah*, and to maasim tovim*, in true broadness.
With my brachah*,
P.S.: It would be good to fix immediately, in your new apartment, mezuzos* that will be, of course, kosher and checked. After thirty days, one of them will be checked once again, or else you will place another, which will be more beautiful, and you will then say the brachah*, with the intention that this brachah* also extends to the other mezuzos* of the house.

... ולרגלי הודעתו שעברו לדירה חדשה, הנה יה"ר מהשי"ת שיהי' משנה מקום משנה מזל לטובה ולברכה בגשמיות וברוחניות גם יחד ויגדלו הוא וזוגתו שיחיו את כל ילידיהם שיחיו לתורה ולחופה ולמעשים טובים מתוך הרחבה אמיתית.

נ"ב. הי' טוב שתומ"י יקבע מזוזות (כמובן כשרות ובדוקות ) בדירתם החדשה, בלא ברכה, וכעבור שלשים יום יקח אחת מהם לבדקה עוה"פ וימצא אחרת נאה הימנה ובמילא יברך ויכוין להוציא את כל המזוזות שבדירתם.
