I have duly received your letter of erev Rosh Chodesh Elul.

On the occasion of the new year that approaches, for us and for all Yisrael, for good and for blessing, I express by this letter, to you and to all the members of your family, my blessing that you be inscribed and sealed for a good and sweet year, both materially and spiritually.

N.B.: You ask me about the source of the statement that "Eretz Yisrael* will spread out into the entire world"[2].
