[27 Elul 5713],
When I find myself near the holy tziyun* of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, whose merit shall protect us, I will mention your name, so that you have a speedy refuah*. You must strengthen your bitachon* in Hashem, "Who heals all flesh and works wonders." Hashem will firm up your state of health, so that you and your wife lead your children to Torah, to the chuppah*, and to good deeds, in good health and with broadness of spirit.
Nevertheless, you must strengthen your attachment to "the One Who heals all flesh and works wonders" by having a way of life in conformity with His Will, which is also the one that ensures material and spiritual happiness, and allows one to take the firm resolve to lead one's children on the path of Torah and good deeds.

... כשאהי' על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע אזכירו לרפואה קרובה, וצריך להתחזק בבטחונו בהשי"ת הרופא כל בשר ומפליא לעשות שיחזק את בריאותו והוא וזוגתו שיחיו יגדלו את ילידיהם שיחיו לתורה ולחופה ולמעשים טובים מתוך בריאות והרחבת הדעת, אלא שצריכים הם לחזק את ההתקשרות בהרופא כל בשר ומפליא לעשות על ידי אורח חיים מתאים לרצונו ית' אשר זהו גם כן דרך חיים המביא אושר גשמי ורוחני ולהיות חזקים בהחלטתם לגדל את ילידיהם בדרך התורה ומעשים טובים...
