Greetings and blessings,
I enclose for you a copy of the letter that I have addressed to the association of N'shei uBnos Chabad*. I do not know your wife, the rebbetzin, but I presume that she is in the image of what you yourself are. She is therefore capable of influencing her surroundings in the manner described in this letter.
Indeed, this letter is addressed to all women. Nevertheless, the particular firmness that is necessary to give moral guidance to all, without distinction, is a specific quality of the women and girls of Chabad. You will consult, on this subject, the Derech Mitzvosecha*, page 112b.
If she needs additional explanations, you will not fail to give them to her. I thank you, in advance, for your efforts in this domain, and I wish your wife, the rebbetzin, success in this undertaking. Permitting the clarity of Yiddishkeit* to radiate in her surroundings constitutes a particular merit, justifying that the clarity of her eyes be strengthened and consolidated.
