Greetings and blessings,
You must not be affected by the difficulties you are encountering in this construction. You should only dedicate slightly more than a tenth of the sum that you devote to this construction to the tzedakah* causes of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, whose merit protects us.
With each payment that you make for this construction, you will therefore make a donation to this tzedakah* fund. If you thereby form a partnership with Hashem, you will obtain from Him far more than the fruits of this partnership.
With my berachah* for success and in anticipation of your good news,

בכלל אין להתפעל מזה שנפגש עם קישויים בהבנין, ורק צריך הי' ליתן יותר מעט עכ"פ ממעשר מהוצאות הבנין לעניני הצדקות של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, וכאשר עושה תשלום על הבנין ליתן מכל תשלום כנ"ל לקופה של צדקה זו, וכאשר לוקח את השי"ת לשותף יקבל ממנו ועוד יותר מענין השותפות לבד.
