Greetings and blessings,

A) I noted with satisfaction the manner in which the studies have begun, for the boys and the girls, on the occasion of the new school year.

No doubt you will also send me the schedules and you will specify to me how these students conduct themselves, particularly from Friday afternoon until the conclusion of Shabbos*.

B) It is no doubt unnecessary to remind you that the contents of the letter of the first day of Selichos* [2], of which you have surely received a copy translated into Hebrew [3], are valid throughout the year. This past Rosh Hashanah*, you were not at home [4], and there is good pretext for transmitting its message to those whom you are able to contact.

You will arrange that the class which is to go to France [5] travels there as soon as possible. Of course, you will first consult the rav, distinguished chassid* who fears Hashem and devotes himself to communal needs, Rav Nissan Nemanov [6], to determine the best manner of doing so.

You have surely received the report of my words, at the conclusion of Shabbos* Bereishis, before the association of N'shei uBnos Chabad*. It would be good for your wife to found such an association in your city. Indeed, such a group should not concern itself exclusively with Chabad women. Its purpose is to strengthen and develop concrete action. From this point of view, all Jewish women and all Jewish girls are alike.

You will no doubt distribute, as last year, "Chanukah* gelt," in my name, to the students who study chassidus*, and you will communicate their names to me.

I enclose the kuntres* published on the occasion of Yud-Tes Kislev [7], as well as a copy of my letter addressed to all [8].

...ב) נהניתי ממ"ש באופן התחלת הלימודים לזמן החדש הן של התלמידים והן של התלמידות, ובטח ישלח ג"כ סדר היום של לימודיהם וכן בנוגע להנהגתם מתחיל מעש"ק אחר חצות עד לאחר מוצש"ק.

ג) בטח למותר לעוררו אשר המכתב דא' דסליחות שבודאי קיבל העתקתו בלה"ק, הנה תוכנו זמנו הוא כל השנה, וכיון שבר"ה העבר לא הי' במקומו, הרי זה אמתלא באופן המתאים להודיע ע"ד התוכן לאלו האנשים שאפשר להשפיע זה עליהם.

...בטח ימהר כתת התלמידים שהם על התור לנסוע לצרפת כמובן ע"י שמתדברים תחלה עם הרה"ח הוו"ח אי"א נו"נ עוסק בצ"צ כו' מוה"ר ניסן שי' נעמאנאוו באופן המתאים...

בטח קיבל רשימת הדבורים דמוצש"ק בראשית לאגודת נשי ובנות חב"ד, ומהראוי אשר זוגתו תחי' תתענין לעשות אגודה מעין זו במחנם הט' כיון שאין הדיוק שיהי' דוקא נשי חב"ד והכוונה הוא לחיזוק ותוספת בנוגע למעשה בפועל ששוות בזה כל נשי ובנות ישראל.

בודאי כדאשתקד יחלק בשמי "מעות חנוכה" להתלמידים הלומדים דא"ח ויודיע שמותיהם.
