Igrot Kodesh · Letter 2318 — Faith & Bitachon

Volume 8 · Letter 73

B"H,

27 Kislev 5714,

Brooklyn,

To the N'shei uBnos Chabad* association,
the Paris group, may Hashem grant you long life,

Blessings and greetings,

I was pleased to receive your letter, which followed a long silence, and to note that you have resumed your work. I was particularly happy to read that you are making efforts to attract women from other circles as well.

You know the saying [1] of the Alter Rebbe* according to which chassidus* is addressed to all Yidden* without exception. All those who act to demonstrate that this is so receive a considerable reward. I await further good news from you. You will inform me, in particular, that your activity is developing, both quantitatively and qualitatively.

I am sending you a copy of my letter [2] addressed to all on the occasion of the chag hageulah* of Yud-Tes Kislev, the content of which is valid throughout the year. I hope that it will be useful to you for your work.

With my berachah* for success, both general and specific,

Notes:

(2) This is letter no. 2292.
