You tell me that you wish to create here [2] a committee [3] for the construction of a convalescent home destined for the talmidim* of the yeshivos in our Eretz HaKodesh*.

This initiative is good and just. It is important and it will be very useful for strengthening the health of those who devote themselves to the study of Torah in the yeshivos. You will redouble your enthusiasm in this matter and you will invest yourself, with the proper alacrity. You will surely find people who will help you, will bring you their participation, and Hashem will grant you success.
