Greetings and blessing,
Doubtless you employ yourself to earn your living as is fitting, for you must subvene to the needs of the members of your family and to your personal needs. It is a mitzvah* of the Creator, blessed be He. One must therefore put it into practice with faith and not content oneself uniquely with acquitting oneself of an obligation.
Quite obviously, one must not ruse with the application of the verse "Hashem your Elokim shall bless you in all that you do" (emphasizing the necessity of an action of man so that the blessing of Hashem may reveal itself). And, it is clear that one must apply its terms without worries, without investing oneself fully to obtain such a result, but also without totally suppressing the concrete action.
May Hashem accord you success.

... בודאי עוסק בעניני פרנסתו ככל הצריך כי הרי לפרנס את ב"ב וגם את עצמו זוהי מצות הבורא ית' ובמילא צריך לעשות בזה באמונה, ניט נאר פון יוצא וועגען אליין, ועאכו"כ לא לחפוץ לרמות את הציווי וברכך ה"א בכל אשר תעשה ומובן שצריך להיות זה בלא דאגה ובהלא השתקע בזה אבל לאידך גיסא שלא חסר המעשה בפועל והשי"ת יצליחו.
