Greetings and blessing,
You tell me that you have not judged it good to verify the validity of the conversion of certain women practiced in this city. You must, nevertheless, do it, in a diplomatic manner, little by little, setting aside any possibility of public vexation.
Indeed, if certain adjustments are necessary, one must hope that these women accept them easily. In fact, it is little likely that this imposes on them a great sacrifice, including according to their own perception. It is established that an effort is never in vain.
May Hashem grant that your efforts in this domain immediately bring their fruits and give a good result, materially and spiritually.
And, you will use the new car that you have just bought to redouble in ardor in all these domains. Thus, it is certain that Hashem will keep His promise according to which "to whoever adds, one adds" — that is, in the present occurrence, to you and to all the members of your family.

... מ"ש שלא ראה לנחוץ לחקור אחרי אופן גירות אחדות שבעיר הנ"ל הנה באופן דיפלומטי ולאט ולאט ובמניעה מחשש של ביוש ברבים, יש לחקור עד"ז כיון שאם יודע שצריך איזה תיקון הרי יש לקוות שבקל יוכל לפעול אצל הנשים שיתקנו הענינים כיון שקרוב לודאי שהתיקון אינו כרוך באופנים של מס"נ ואפי' באופנים של מס"נ לפי השקפתם הם. וחזקה לתעמולה שאינה חוזרת ריקם, והשי"ת יצליחו שהשתדלות בכל הנ"ל תביא פירות לאלתר ויראה פרי טוב בעמלו הן בגשמיות והן ברוחניות. וישתמש בהאוטו החדש אשר קנה להוסיף אומץ בכל הנ"ל ומובטח השי"ת לקיים הבטחתו אשר כל המוסיף מוסיפין לו שהפירוש בזה לו ולכל ב"ב שיחיו.
