Greetings and blessing,
You tell me that certain teachers may not be equal to the mission they assume. Our Torah rules, with regard to teaching, that one must retain as a criterion the interest of the students. Moreover, the collective interest takes precedence over that of an individual.
Nevertheless, one must also take into account the fact that, in order to teach, one must not only possess knowledge, but also devote oneself to one's task. In evaluating this or that teacher, one must therefore combine these two criteria at once and it is only after that that one can make a decision.
Asking for additional teaching hours from the teachers is wise and indispensable.

... בנוגע לשאלתם שיש מורים כאלו אשר יש חשש שאינם מתאימים לתפקידם, הרי כבר ידוע פסק תורתנו שבלמוד תלמידים צריכים להתחשב עם תועלת התלמידים ובכלל תועלת הרבים דוחה תועלת היחיד. אלא שבזה יש להביא בחשבון שבחנוך נוגע לא רק הידיעות אלא ג"כ ההתמסרות, ובישוב דעת ע"ד מורה פלוני או פלוני יש לעשות סה"כ משניהם גם יחד ואח"כ להחליט.
בהנוגע להוספה מצד המורים בשעות למוד, נכון ומוכרח הוא...
