To the members of the municipal council of Kfar Chabad*,
May Hashem grant you long life,
Greetings and blessing,
I reply to your letter of 18 Menachem Av, in which you specify your intention concerning the secondary school (see, on this subject, letter no. 2830). You wish that the girls be able to continue their studies at the Kfar, in a favorable environment. Your aim, however, is not to spread secular studies.
In that case, you will need to establish sacred instruction in the school that you found, and those who wish, in any event, to continue their secular education (see, on this subject, letter no. 2895) will go, once or twice a week, to a school that will enable them to do so, in a context of fear of Hashem, for example in Tel Aviv.
Obviously, education at Beis Rivka* must be organized, that is to say, it must begin on time, as in other schools. Without a fixed and strong organization, education is not possible. One must act in this direction from the outset, for it cannot be otherwise. Certainly, Hashem pardons when one is in a case of force majeure, but, for all that, the students do not receive their education in this way and the deficit results therefrom.

במענה על מכתבם מי"ח מנ"א בנוגע להשאלה אודות ביה"ס התיכון שמבארים כוונתם שהוא כדי שיוכלו הבנות להמשיך לימודיהם בתוך הכפר עצמו בסביבה המתאימה ואין התכלית להפצת לימודי חול.
הנה באופן כזה הרי בטח יש לסדר שבבית הספר שיקימו יהיו לימודי קדש ואלו הלומדות בלא"ה לימודי חול יסודר זה על ידי נסיעה פעם או שתים בשבוע למוסד המתאים - וכמובן ביראת שמים - בתל אביב וכיו"ב.
מובן מעצמו שהחינוך בבית רבקה צריך להיות מסודר כדבעי היינו שיתחילו בשעות הדרושות וכרגיל בשאר מוסדות החינוך כי אי אפשר לחינוך תקין אם אינו בסדר קבוע וחזק, ומראש צריך לקחת את זה בחשבון כי ה"ז ענין עיקרי, ואם אונס רחמנא פטרי' אבל התלמידות אינן מקבלות חינוכן ע"י פטור זה ובמילא חסר הוא.
