Greetings and blessing,
It appears that the young women do not have a thorough knowledge of the laws of family purity. Now, Jews, who are by nature reserved, do not always dare to broach this subject and, above all, to ask questions.
It is particularly important that a woman who knows these laws well be able to teach them systematically, until they know them thoroughly. For this reason, it would be good to do the same with the young men. And, the sooner the better.
Wishing you long days and good years, success in all of this and, more generally, in all that concerns you, awaiting good news in these domains as soon as possible, I wish you to be inscribed and sealed for a good year,

... כנראה אשר הנשים הצעירות... אינן בקיאות כ"כ בהלכות טהרת המשפחה, ומובן אשר מפני שבנ"י ביישנים הם לא תמיד מדברות עד"ז ובפרט שואלות, והי' מהנחוץ ביותר וביותר... לעשות קביעות אשר אחת הנשים הבקיאות בזה תלמוד עמהם הדינים הצריכים עד שידעו אותם היטיב. ומה טוב הי'... שילמדו כזה גם עם אנשים הצעירים מפני הטעם דלעיל, וכן ההקדם בזה ישובח.
