To the committee of the directors of the Talmud Torah* of Mexico,
May Hashem grant you long life,
Greetings and blessing,
Following my previous correspondence, the Rav visited me. I spoke with him and with the members of his family, but it appears that there is no possibility for him to return to Mexico at this time.
The current situation of the Talmud Torah* requires that you seek a solution locally, so that this institution be maintained and even developed, in accordance with present needs. Indeed, a good education of Jewish children is the key to the perpetuation of the people of Israel.
May Hashem cause that you succeed in strengthening education based on sacred values in your city, in order to form a generation that is upright and blessed by Hashem.
On the occasion of the new year, which approaches, for us and for all Israel, for good and for blessing, I send my wishes that you be inscribed and sealed for a good and sweet year, materially and spiritually.

בהמשך למכתבי הקודם, הנה ביקר אצלי הרב... ולאחר שדברתי עמו וכן עם ב"ב שי' נראה שאין אפשריות שיחזור עתה למקסיקו, וכפי המצב עלה בהת"ת מוכרח שיחפשו אופנים על אתר איך לסדר את הדברים שהמוסד יחזיק מעמד גם להבא ועוד יתפתח וכדרישת השעה, אשר חינוך הכשר של בני ובנות ישראל הוא יסוד קיומו של עם ישראל.
ויהי רצון שחפץ ה' בידם יצליח להעמיד החינוך במחנם הט' על טהרת הקדש, לגדל דור ישרים יבורך.
ולקראת השנה החדשה הבאה עלינו ועל כל ישראל לטובה, הנני בזה להביע ברכתי, ברכת כתיבה וחתימה טובה לשנה טובה ומתוקה, בגשמיות וברוחניות.
