Extensive greetings and blessing, wishing you all that is good,
I duly received your precious letter of 6 Menachem Av and I read with sorrow that you were worried. I am convinced that the Almighty, Protector of Israel, Who "neither slumbers nor sleeps," will preserve you, together with all the members of your family, in every place where you find yourselves, from all affliction.
You have great merit, for you protect the children of Israel with the greatest determination from troubles and moral suffering. Hashem, Who acts "measure for measure," will therefore abundantly grant you His blessing, to strengthen and develop education based on sacred values.
With my respects and my blessing that you find calm of mind and body, as well as the members of your family,

שלום רב וברכת כל טוב!
אגרתו היקרה מיום ו' מנחם אב קבלתי אל נכון, ונצטערתי לקרות בה שהיתה דאגה בלבו, ומובטחני אשר השם יתברך ויתעלה שומר ישראל שלא ינום ולא יישן ישמרהו ואת כל ב"ב שיחיו בכל מקום שהם מכל ענין של עגמת נפש ח"ו.
וגדול זכותו שעומד בכל תוקף לשמור את בני ובנות ישראל מצרות ועג"נ ברוחניות שבמדתו של הקב"ה שהיא מדה כנגד מדה תבוא עליהם ברכת השי"ת כמה פעמים ככה מתוך מנוחת המח והלב, ויוסיף אומץ בעבודתו בקדש להחזקת והרחבת החנוך על טהרת הקדש.
בכבוד וברכה למנוחת הנפש ומנוחת הגוף לו ולב"ב שיחיו.
