To the directors of the Association of Chassidim* of Chabad*, in Tel Aviv, may Hashem grant you long life,
Greetings and blessing,
I duly received your letter of 23 Elul*. You write to me that you did not understand what I meant (see letter no. 2739). I was referring to the actions that are necessary in the framework of the synagogues and you do not know what these should be.
In fact, I was indeed alluding to the totality of the actions you cite, each in its domain.
I was satisfied by the clippings from HaModia and HaKol (two Israeli religious newspapers) that you sent me, in which all the Chabad* institutions are presented. However, I am surprised that the Association of Chabad* women and young women was not mentioned. Whatever their activity, an announcement in the newspapers could only have had a positive effect (and strengthened this work).
