Greetings and blessing,
You mention the dissemination of a collection of my talks, delivered during the Chassidic* gatherings of recent years. You will not omit to indicate therein that it is a transcription, established from the notes of those who were present (and not written by the Rebbe himself; see, on this subject, letters no. 3051, 3162, 3180, and 3361).
It would be good for you to indicate to the authors of books and articles with whom you are in contact the public character of my library (see, on this subject, letter no. 2965). The best authors send it what they publish. Obviously, in exchange, we can give them, if they request it, the publications of the Kehot* editions. Indeed, these authors themselves wish that their opinions and their works be found in this library.
You will be able to achieve this (that the authors with whom Rav Glitsenstein is in contact send their books to the Rebbe) if you explain it to them in the appropriate manner and especially if you take charge of the shipment and cover the expenses that result, which, of course, will be reimbursed to you.

מהראוי הי' שהמחברים ובעלי המאמרים שבא עמהם בקישור יסביר להם שהספרי' שעל ידי הרי היא ג"כ תועלת הרבים ובמילא כמה מטובי המחברים ובעלי מאמרים שולחים אלי' המו"ל (מובן שבתור גומלין יש - כשידרשו - להחליפם על הוצאת קה"ת) בכדי שימצא בספרי' זו גם חוות דעתם ועניניהם הם, ובהסברה המתאימה, ובפרט אם יקח ע"ע טרחת המשלוח והוצאה שבזה (שההוצאה תוחזר לו כמובן) הרי בטח יבוא הדבר לפועל...
