You say, in your letter of 18 Tishrei*, that efforts are being made to arouse, among the young men, an opposition to Lubavitch.
One of the remedies for this is the following. These young men must remain longer at the Lubavitch Yeshivah* of Paris (Brunoy, near Paris), and those who go there must be more numerous. In any case, many wish to leave Morocco. It is therefore easier to convince them to spend some time in this Yeshivah*.
Concerning your trip here, we await your instructions to know which documents must be sent to you from here, so that you can submit your application (for a visa to visit the Rebbe). On this matter, you will write directly to the secretariat.

בהנוגע להנסיעתו לכאן, הנה מחכים להוראות ממנו איזה תעודות וניירות נחוצים לשלוח מכאן, בכדי שיוכל להגיש הבקשה, ובטח יכתוב (ישר להמזכירות).
