Greetings and blessing,

You have surely had the occasion to see the brochures published by the Merkaz LeInyonei Chinuch*, the Talks and Tales in Yiddish, or the publications for young people. I would like to know whether you know someone who could translate them or even write them in Italian.

Perhaps, at first, it is not necessary to give this publication a periodic character, which constitutes a commitment to monthly publication. One can be content to say that it appears from time to time. One can also envisage that it be, from the outset, only a trial, while the definitive form will be determined based on the reaction of the readers.

Obviously, the language must be adapted to the target age and therefore not be too complicated. However, there must be no errors of grammar or style. The formulation must be attractive to young people.

This is a concrete realization, and I have a certain amount designated for such accomplishments.

...בודאי ראה כמה חוברות מהוצאת המרכז לעניני חינוך, שמועסן באידיש וכן יתר הוצאות המל"ח בשביל הנוער, ורציתי לדעת אם יוכל להציע איש המתאים שיוכל להעתיקם או לכתוב בכגון דא בשפה האיטלקית, ואפשר שבזמן הראשון אין להתחייב ולקרות לזה שם של ירחון שאז מוכרחים להו"ל בכל חדש בחדשו אלא שיקרא מופיע מזמן לזמן וכיו"ב, או שבתחלה יופיעו רק חוברות מעשיות ובהתאם לתגובת הקהל יחליטו באיזה אופן להמשיך, ומובן שהשפה צריכה להיות בשביל הגיל המתאים היינו שלא לדבר גבוה גבוה, אבל לאידך גיסא בלי שגיאות בדקדוק וסגנון ושיהי' הסגנון מושך את הלב של הנוער. וזהו ענין של פועל ממש כי יש אצלי סכום מוקצב לענינים כמו אלו.
