I reply to your letter. As you request, I will mention your name near the resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, whose merit will protect us, so that very soon you will be able to marry, in a positive manner, materially and spiritually.
Our Sages, speaking of Torah study, say in tractate Kiddushin* 30b that a man "sees his life with a woman." This means, in the most literal sense, that by intensifying your study of Torah, you will more easily find a wife.
Certainly, the fulfillment of Mitzvos* in general and the study of Torah in particular must be permeated with submission to Hashem, for such is the Will of the King, King of kings, the Holy One, blessed be He. Nevertheless, each Mitzvah* of the Torah indeed possesses a particular virtue. In this sense, Torah study is specifically linked to marriage, as the tractate Kiddushin* indicates at the reference previously cited.

במענה על מכתבו, הרי כבקשתו אזכירו על הציון של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע לזיווג טוב בגשמיות וברוחניות גם יחד בקרוב. וע"פ מרז"ל (קדושין למד ע"ב) ראה חיים עם אשה, שמדבר בלימוד התורה וגם אין מקרא יוצא מידי פשוטו, הרי כשיוסיף בלימוד התורה תקרב הוספה זו ענין הזיווג גם כן. ואף שקיום המצות בכלל ולימוד התורה בפרט צריך להיות בקבלת עול, מפני שזהו רצונו של ממה"מ הקב"ה, בכל זה ידוע שיש לכל אחת ואחת ממצות התורה סגולה מיוחדת. ובפרט זה, השייכות דלימוד התורה להנ"ל ע"פ האמור במס' קדושין שם.
