Greetings and blessing,

I reply to your question. You ask me whether you should write to the youth of the Chabad* association in the Holy Land in order to describe the activities carried out in London (so that these be publicized as part of a column entitled "The Life of the Institutions," which would appear in the Bitaon Chabad*, the organ of the youth of the Chabad* association in the Holy Land). This is indeed a good initiative, as is everything that brings the Chassidim* closer in particular and the children of Israel in general, everything that strengthens the unity among them.

This manner of acting is particularly judicious, especially as it strengthens and encourages those who are in other places, so that each one becomes aware (through reading this publication) of the necessity of working, wherever he resides, for Judaism in general and Chassidus* in particular.

Each person must do so precisely where Divine Providence has led him, for the fact that he finds himself there proves that he can carry out an activity there and is therefore obligated to do so, for his own merit.
