Brooklyn.

Greetings and blessing,

I reply to your question regarding continuing your studies at the Lubavitch Yeshivah* in the United States.

I do not understand this. Hashem has granted you success and merit. He has made you His emissary, charged with infusing Chassidus* into the students of the Yeshivah* of Manchester. In this way, you put into practice the will of our holy master: "Your wellsprings shall spread outward." Why seek to leave this mission? What other occupation could be better?

You must therefore strengthen yourself in this mission, assume it with joy and enthusiasm, which will engender true success. And the Alter Rebbe* gave the assurance that, by acting in this way, one can obtain "a mind and a heart a thousand times more refined." May Hashem grant you success.

I enclose the brochure of 19 Kislev* and the pamphlet that was published on this occasion.

With my blessing,
