Greetings and blessing,
You write to me about students who do not have good conduct. The principle in this matter is the following: the good of all takes precedence over that of the individual. Nevertheless, one must do everything so that the individual is not pushed away, in accordance with the statement of our Sages that "the right hand draws near."
When you speak to them during a Chassidic* farbrengen*, showing your closeness, and when you additionally have their friends intervene, I have good hope that they will change their conduct.
