To the distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem*, Rav* Yitzchak (see note 1),

Greetings and blessings,

You write to me that you have decided to take a step forward in the sacred mission you fulfill within an institution of my father-in-law, the Rebbe*, whose merit protects us. I am pleased. Without doubt, the blessing and success that Hashem* grants you will thereby be increased, to satisfy your personal needs and those of the members of your family.

I also appreciated your description of the Chassidic* farbrengen* you organized for the male and female teachers of the network (see note 2). You presented before them various points of their sacred mission. I have good hope that such gatherings will be frequent, as you write in your letter. It is difficult to imagine how important this is. Indeed, each teacher, man or woman, exerts influence upon an entire group of children. The public interest and merit therefore depend on it.

Concretely, an achievement, even a relatively modest one, is thereby transmitted to each and every teacher. It is thus multiplied many times over through the children. One can deduce from this how great the responsibility is, and even more so, the merit. Hashem* expects of us only according to the strengths at our disposal. Each person therefore indeed possesses those that will enable him to put all of this into practice.

I was glad to learn that you contributed to the preparation of the Chassidic* farbrengen* that took place in Tel Aviv*. This gathering, according to the information that reached me, was a success. A portion of that success is therefore attributable to you.

P.S.: It would be good to begin formulating a plan for how to utilize the day of the Hilulah* of 10 Shevat* (see note 3), which is approaching, in a fitting manner, in order to prepare the students of the network, whom Hashem* will grant long life, for this important date.

שלום וברכה!... נהניתי ממ"ש שקבל על עצמו להכנס בעוד שלב בעבודתו בקדש במוסד כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, שבודאי תגרום ג"כ תוספת בברכת השי"ת והצלחתו בהמצטרך לו ולכל ב"ב שיחיו.

נהניתי ממ"ש ע"ד ההתועדות שערך בשביל מורים-ות של הרשת, וממה שהסביר לפניהם כמה ענינים בהנוגע לעבודתם בקדש, ותקותי חזקה, אשר יסדרו פגישות כאלו לעתים תכופות וכמו שכותב במכתבו, וגודל הדבר אין לשער, שהרי כל אחד ואחת מהם הוא משפיע על חוג ילדים וילדות, ובמילא תועלת הרבים וזכות הרבים תלוי בו, ואפילו פרט קטן לפ"ע שמתוסף בכל אחד ואחת מהם נכפל כ"פ ככה בתלמידים-ות. מזה מובן גודל האחריות, אבל מובן עוד יותר גודל הזכות. וכיון שאין הקב"ה מבקש אלא לפי כחנו בודאי ניתן לכאו"א את הכחות הנדרשים למלא את זה בפועל.

נהניתי ממ"ש שלקח חלק בהכנת התועדות די"ט כסלו בתל אביב כי כפי הידיעות שהגיעוני היתה בהצלחה ובמילא גם לו חלק בזה...
