You tell me that you are not progressing in the study of the revealed dimension of Torah*, and you indicate to me what you believe to be the cause. However, you possess pedagogical abilities, and you can therefore transform the negative relationship you describe in your letter by redoubling your ardor in study and by urging your friends to do the same. The good and the benefit of others therefore depend on you, all the more so since you will be aided in this by the merit of the one who founded this institution, my father-in-law, the Rebbe*, whose merit protects us.

You also mention the recreational afternoons, the Mesibos Shabbos*, and I hope that if you visit a school once, and then a second time, you will succeed in establishing these Mesibos Shabbos* there, so that they can continue even in your absence, especially if you maintain correspondence with the replacement you find on site. Once one location is functioning satisfactorily, you will do the same in another.

I send you my blessing for success in progressing in the study of the revealed dimension of Torah* and of Chassidus*. At the foundation of all of this lies fervent prayer*. The moral Tzedakah* you distribute to those around you will strengthen your success and reveal it here below.

...מ"ש אודות אי ההתקדמות כדבעי בלימוד הנגלה, ותולה זה בסיבה אשר כו', הנה בתור כזה שיש לו חוש בחינוך, הרי יכול הי' לשנות היחס בלתי רצוי, אודותו כותב במכתבו, ע"י התמדה ושקידה והשפעה בכיוון זה על חבריו. ותועלת וזכות הרבים תלוי בו. ובפרט שזכות מייסד המוסד הוא כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע מסייעתו.

בהנוגע לשאלתו בהנוגע למסיבות שבת, הרי תקותי כשיבקר בבי"ס אחד פעם ושתים, יוכל לייסד ולבסס את המסיבות שבת באופן כזה שיתנהג מכאן ולהבא גם בלעדו. ובפרט אם יתדבר עם ממלא מקומו שימצא על אתר ויעמוד עמדו בקישור מכתבים. ולאחר שיבסס במקום אחד יעשה כזה גם במקום השני.

בברכת הצלחה להתקדם בלימוד תורת הנגלה ותורת החסידות, וכן בקיום המצות בהידור, וביסוד כל זה - היא עבודת התפלה. וצדקה הרוחנית שיעשה בסביבתו תגדיל ההצלחה ותמשיכה למטה.
