I greet you and bless you,
You surely know my opinion, which I have written to various people. The Kfar* and the act of settling there are the channel and the vessel enabling the Chassidim* to receive the blessings of Hashem and success in all needs — material and spiritual. To the fullest extent possible, you should therefore strive to settle there.
Moreover, it is good to adopt an agricultural occupation. If, for justified reasons, this is not possible, you may choose another profession. But one must reside at the Kfar* and live among those who are attached to the teaching of the living Elokim — that is, to Chassidus* — those who practice its customs and traditions.

... וכבר ידוע חוות דעתי שכתבתי לכמה מאנ"ש אשר להכפר והתיישבות בו הוא צנור וכלי לאנ"ש לקבלת ברכות השי"ת והצלחתו בהמצטרך להם בגשמיות וברוחניות, ובמילא יש להשתדל להיות מהתושבים שם ככל האפשרי... ומהנ"ל מובן שטוב להתעסק בחקלאות, ואם טעמים הנ"ל אמיתים הם שאי אפשר הדבר, אולי יש מקום בתור מקצועי ובלבד להיות מתושבי הכפר ומהחיים בתוככי הדבקים בתורת דברי א"ח היא תורת החסידות והולכים בהדרכותי' ומנהגי'.
