I greet you and bless you,
It is with pleasure that we learned from the mouth of Rav Moshe Pinchas HaKohen Katz that you are one of the founders of the Tehillim* committee of the Ahavas Achim* Bnei Yaakov synagogue.
Fortunate is the man who has acquired such a quality and who receives his share of the merit obtained through the recitation of all these Tehillim. You will no doubt engage even more actively in this path, together with those who come to your aid, and you will lead all those who pray in your synagogue to become members of this Tehillim committee.
You have no doubt already heard the following statement of the Tzemach Tzedek*: "If you knew the power of the verses of Tehillim and what they accomplish in the heavenly spheres, you would recite them without ceasing. Know that these verses break through all barriers and ascend successively, with nothing obstructing them. Then, they are placed before the Master of the worlds and act, with kindness and mercy."
We enclose a letter from the Rebbe Shlita* on the recitation of Tehillim and another from Machane Yisrael*, on the international association for the recitation of Tehillim. We hope that the committee you direct will become a member.
May the merit of reciting Tehillim protect you and your friends, within the committee of your synagogue Ahavas Achim Bnei Yaakov, so that you may be spared from all the birth pangs of Moshiach* and that you may greet our righteous Moshiach very, very soon.

שמחנו לשמוע מפי ידידנו הרה"ג והרה"ח איש רב פעלים ר' מ[שה] פ[נחס] הכהן שי' כ[ץ] כי כמ"ע הוא בראש המיסדים את החברה תהלים בביהכ"נ אהבת אחים בני יעקב.
אשרי מי שזכה לדבר גדול כזה ושיש לו חלק בזכות כל אלה שאומרים תהלים ברבים בחברה זו. ובטח הולך הוא מחיל אל חיל ומשתדל יחד עם כל המסייעים אותו להשפיע על כל המתפללים בביהכ"נ שלו להרשם לחברה תהלים זו.
ובטח ידוע לו מה שאמר ה"צמח צדק": "אלו ידעתם כוחם של פסוקי תהלים ופעולתם בשמי רום הייתם אומרים אותם בכל עת. תדעו שמזמורי תהלים שוברים כל המחיצות ועולים בעילוי אחר עילוי בלי שום הפרעה ומשתטחים לפני אדון עולמים ופועלים פעולתם בחסד וברחמים".
מצרפים אנו בזה מכתב כ"ק אדמו"ר שליט"א ע"ד אמירת תהלים ומכתב "מחנה ישראל" ע"ד חברת תהלים עולמית, ומקוים אנו כי גם חברת תהלים המתנהלת ע"י כמ"ע תואיל להרשם בחברת תהלים העולמית.
וזכות אמירת תהלים תעמד לו ולכל חבריו בחברת תהלים בביהכ"נ אהבת אחים בני יעקב להנצל מחבלי משיח ולזכות לקבל פני משיח צדקנו בקרוב בקרוב ממש.
