Greetings and blessings,

I am responding to your letter of 4 Iyar*, which, for the first time, was written in the spirit that our holy masters require — that is, with trust in Hashem. Various texts explain that this trust confers the certainty that the Almighty will indeed fulfill all material needs in the most literal sense, without distinction, even when it sometimes seems that one does not deserve it.

May Hashem grant that you always write to me in the same spirit, which will have the effect of multiplying the good news — of a visible and tangible good — in the content of your letters.

As you request, I will mention the name of this woman at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe*, whose merit protects us, so that she have long days and good years. I am surprised that you do not tell me how her settlement went.

I am even more surprised that you say nothing about the Chassidic* farbrengens* of this month of Nissan*, nor about the activities being carried out by the Chabad* women. You will surely fill in all of this at the next opportunity.

במענה על מכתבו מד' אייר, הנכתב זו פעם הראשונה כדרישת נשיאנו הק' במצב רוח של בטחון, וכאמתית מדת הבטחון, המבואר בכ"מ שבוטחים בהשי"ת שימלא כל הצטרכות כפשוטם בגשמיות מבלי הבט, אף אם לפעמים ע"פ החשבון אין זה מגיע, ויה"ר שימשיך לכתוב תמיד במצב רוח כהנ"ל שזה גופא ירבה בהבשו"ט בטוב הנראה והנגלה בתוכן מכתבו.

כבקשתו אזכיר את מרת... תחי' על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע לאריכות ימים ושנים טובות, ולפלא שאינו מזכיר באיזה אופן נסתדרה, כן לפלא עוד יותר שאינו כותב דבר ע"ד ההתועדויות דחדש ניסן העבר, וכן לא ע"ד הפעולות בתוככי נשי חב"ד, ובטח ימלא בהזדמנות הבאה.

בברכה להסתדרות טובה בגשמיות וברוחניות גם יחד בקרוב ממש.
