Greetings and blessings,
You ask me about the Chassidic* discourse entitled "When you arrive," of 5666 (1906, delivered by the Rebbe Rashab*), which states that the Baal Shem Tov* was not subject to the dimensions of space and time, that he possessed true vision — that is, he perceived reality and could not be deceived by his senses. This seems difficult for you to accept.
This Chassidic* discourse refers to the space and time of this material world, whose limitations he did not experience. This is not related, however, to the profound nature, to the actual existence — meaning that the reality of the world was not modified for him.
You will consult the account found in the Derech Mitzvosecha* (of the Tzemach Tzedek*), at the end of the mitzvah* of faith in Hashem, and my annotations on that text.

... במה שהעיר ע"ד מש"כ בד"ה כי תבואו תרס"ו, אשר אצל הבעש"ט לא הי' המקום וזמן מגביל, והי' אצלו בבחי' ראי' ממש. והקשה בזה כו'.
הנה המדובר בד"ה זה הוא ע"ד מקום וזמן דעוה"ז העשי' שלא הי' מגביל. וראה הענינים בעוה"ז בלי הגבלות וכו'. ואינו שייך להענין דמהו ומציאות וכיו"ב. - וראה הסיפור בס' דרך אמונה ע' קכט. בס' דרך צותיך סוף מצות האמנת אלקות ובהערותי לשם.
