To the great Rav*, the distinguished Chassid* who fears Hashem and devotes himself to communal needs,

Rav Chaim Shaul* (Rav H. S. Brook; see letter no. 3168),

Greetings and blessings,

I am responding to your letter from the eve of the time of the giving of our Torah*.

As you request, I will mention the name of your wife near the holy tomb of my father-in-law, the Rebbe*, whose merit protects us, so that her state of health may improve. Indeed, Hashem "heals all flesh and performs wonders." Nothing is impossible for Him.

I learned with pleasure from your letter that next week the cornerstone will be laid for the building of the Yeshivah* Achei Temimim* of Rishon LeTzion* (of which Rav Brook is the director; see letters no. 3653 and 3654). May Hashem grant that this Yeshivah* become a cornerstone. Chassidus* explains, indeed, that there are three crowns — the crown of priesthood, the crown of Torah*, and the crown of kingship — and then a fourth, of which it is said: "The stone that the builders rejected has become the cornerstone." This is the crown of a good name, which surpasses all the others and, in fact, includes within it the crown of kingship — that is, of positive influence and good deeds, concerning which it is said: "Avraham* had a daughter" — and also the crown of priesthood, that is, of the service of Hashem.

הנה כבקשתו אזכיר את זוגתו תחי' על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, להטבת מצב בריאותה והרופא כל בשר ומפליא לעשות - הממנו יפלא כל דבר.

שמחתי לקרות במכתבו אשר בשבוע הבע"ל מניחים אבן הפנה לבנין ישיבת אחי תמימים ברשל"צ, ויה"ר שתהי' הישיבה לראש פנה, וכמבואר בדא"ח אשר שלשה כתרים הם, כתר כהונה, כתר תורה וכתר מלכות, וישנו הרביעי - אבן מאסו הבונים (אשר אח"כ) היתה לראש פנה - הוא כתר שם טוב שעולה על גביהם, ומובאר הדיוק על גביהם , שסו"ס גם תורה מלכות (השפעה, גמ"ח, בת היתה לאברהם) כהונה (עבודה) יש בזה.

בברכת הצלחה בעבודתו בקדש ולבשו"ט בכל הנ"ל.
